About Us
RicePurityTest.fun is an independent website operated by Tayyab Ali, a digital marketing practitioner and blogger. I maintain the quiz and supporting articles so visitors can take the test, understand unfamiliar terms, and learn where its scoring and historical claims come from.
The site is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Rice University. It provides an independent online implementation of the familiar 100-question entertainment quiz.
What You Can Do Here
The Rice Purity Test calculates a score instantly without an account. For help interpreting a result, use the score meaning guide. Our question explanations cover confusing wording and abbreviations.
Sources and Editorial Approach
Historical claims should be connected to identifiable records. Our history guide distinguishes the Rice purity-survey tradition documented in 1924 from later questionnaires. We do not claim that the current 100-question version appeared in its present form in 1924.
The statistics page labels the historical dataset and explains its limitations. Score interpretations are informal explanations, not scientific classifications. When information needs correcting, I review the relevant source and update the page; readers can report errors through the contact page.
Privacy and the Quiz
The quiz calculates the score in your browser. You do not need to enter a name or email, and individual answers are not submitted as part of that calculation. Website analytics and advertising are separate from the quiz; our privacy policy explains those services.
Who the Site Is For
The quiz contains adult topics and is intended for visitors aged 18 and over. It is for entertainment and personal reflection. A score counts selected experiences; it does not measure character, maturity, mental health, or personal worth. The questions are not a list of activities to complete. Read the limitations of the test for more context.
